Corey Pacheco is a professional land surveyor who brings more than 15 years of experience across residential, commercial, municipal, and large-scale development projects, including boundary and topographic surveys, subdivisions, ALTA surveys, construction staking, utilities, and right-of-way work.
Known for his practical problem-solving, efficiency, and responsiveness, Corey has worked alongside established engineering firms throughout his career and understands the importance of accurate, timely survey information at every stage of a project. He founded Grid with a focus on providing clients with reliable expertise, clear communication, and solutions that keep projects moving forward.
Born and raised in Oregon, Corey is also a father and has built his career and business around serving communities throughout the Pacific Northwest.
